Homeowner vs Bank of America: No Deed No Debt

This homeowner simply wants proof that Bank of America is in possession of her original signed mortgage note before she begins making payments to them. Bank of America has not, will not or CANNOT provide that document. Everyone with a mortgage is entitled to see these documents. Don’t allow Bank of America to threaten you with foreclosure. DEMAND to see your note. The call begins with a B of A decree: “This call may be monitored”. The call ends when B of A claims: “We do not allow calls to be recorded on your end.”
as soon as they tell you they’re recording, they know, and you know, so actually more than one party knows. i recorded them and got them in so many lies… good, too bad the audio is gone so please reupload at another site so we can all hear it.
of course you can record, check your state law but it’s very simple. and the audio is gone from this vid, so we can’t hear it. reupload to viddler or something because YT sucks now too…
Bank of America executives are thieves. They’re compulsive gamblers who absolutely cannot stop their incomprehensible greed & lust for piles of cash. As a result of thievery & these incompetent execs playing high-stakes Blackjack, millions of innocent, hard-working families had their life savings & incomes wiped out (stolen). And how are these thieves rewarded? Multi-million $ bonuses! Ken Lewis is a flunky thief. His executives are criminals. Their loathsome greed is a plague. An abomination.
I love this woman! Next time call them back and lie to them and don’t tell them you’re recording. After all, they lied to you about sending out the note – it’s only fair. I don’t understand why they can’t send you something in the mail or whatever. This is ridiculous! I mean, simply because you get a notice in the mail with a working phone number does not mean you should blindly send your money to someone without any proof they are representing your mortgage. B of A sucks! You’ve got my support!
