I am a driver instructor with bus license.
Bus driver had time to move left and pass the vehicle.
Where you do not have time, you HIT the vehicle, rather than causing a major, possibly deadly mishap.
Though the yellow car driver is responsible for pulling out in front of the bus allowing too little clearance, I blame the bus driver for not noticing earlier and not simply changing lanes.
Wish the full 10 minutes of this video would be shown to see when EMS/Fire arrived.
