This animated short film was created in 2006 by American animator Patrick Smith. It is a story about a young man who creates a hand puppet that hurts him in increasingly gruesome and bizarre ways. If I ever get in touch with who animated this, I’ll let him know.
I was thinking it would have been cool if at the end when his friends help him up, that his friends turn into doctors and take the main guy back to his room, then it would look like he was a mental patient at a care hospital and the puppets were only in his immagination. In beginning it mentions self abuse, so the main character would be like a guy that got put in the mental institution because he is abusive towards himself.
